Hostel Accomodation

Hostel accommodation was planned for the Air force training students and officials in OTA (Officers Training Academy), Chennai. The design criteria were to provide accommodation for 100 people in single bedrooms and double bedrooms. The site was located right next to the airstrip henceforth there were restrictions on building height and number of floors. Mess, Bar, Truck parking and indoor play area provisions were given on the ground floor. First, second and Third floors were stacked with single and two bedrooms. Later few room modules were knocked out to create double and triple height spaces on the upper floors.
